The SearchCatalyst team consists of over 20 SEO and PPC experts, with a combined experience of 150 years working at the sharp end of the search marketing sector.
Andreas is a founding member of Greenlight and has worked in the capacity of Consultant, Strategist and Chief Operating Officer for almost 8 years, working on accounts as diverse as Vodafone, Thomas Cook, Expedia, P&G, and many more. Having built Greenlight into a top 3 agency with Warren Cowan and Alicia Levy, from 1 employee to 100 in 8 years, he knows too well what it takes for an SME to succeed. Andreas provides business leadership to SearchCatalyst, ensuring that its packages and people reflect the objectives of the brand, i.e. to help grow SME clients using the search engine medium, using intelligent and cost-effective solutions.
Brendon has worked within the digital space for the past 10 years. Beginning his career in online at Netvillage, one of the pioneers in search related services.
He then moved to the highly competitive recruitment advertising space providing digital marketing solutions to clients including P&O, Oxfam and the NSPCC, before moving back to the SEO (search engine optimisation) sector.
Brendon joined Greenlight in 2006 to help manage its ever increasing client roster. Later in 2008, he took on the role of and Greenlight SEO Director.
In 2010 SearchCatalyst was launched as a daughter company of Greenlight, dedicated to providing, honest, cost effective SEM (search engine marketing) solutions to the SME market. Brendon was instrumental in the development of this SME dedicated service and currently holds the role of Operations Director for SearchCatalyst.
Head of SEO
Britt has been working in the SEO industry for over four years. She cut her teeth in-house at a large financial comparison website and is now working for global and national companies as well as local businesses. Britt develops unique and customised SEO campaigns for small business clients, and has a particular focus on incorporating local search into an efficient results-oriented overall SEO strategy leading to significant but realistic results.
Head of PPC
Matthew holds the position of Head of PPC at SearchCatalyst, where he manages a team of 16, ranging from Senior Account Managers to Junior Analysts.
With over eight year’s online experience, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic knowhow to each of SearchCatalyst’s PPC clients. Matthew’s experience stems from previous roles at Yell.com and 192.com where he was responsible for the online marketing efforts of a number of SME clients.
Matthew now delivers PPC training to numerous PPC clients, whilst supporting his account teams from a strategic and development perspective.
Senior SEO Consultant
With a background in statistics and after running several personal SEO projects, Jack moved into search in a professional capacity in 2009, where he has now accumulated invaluable experience working with a number of clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level firms. Jack’s statistical nous means he is second to none when it comes to reverse engineering search engine algorithms. His appreciation of both the different opportunities available to small businesses and the nuances of individual search markets make him well placed to develop a successful SEO strategy that is tailored to the resources of a small business.
Diego has over two years SEO experience consulting on both national and international multi language SEO projects. He provides client trainings on a regular basis and is involved in SEO research and the production of our White Papers. Diego has proven effective strategic skills and delivered significant results for our clients.
Head of Off-Page Strategy
Andy is responsible for overseeing the off-page strategy for searchcatalyst clients, having stepped into Search three years ago Andy now heads a team working on creative strategy and outreach
activities for global, national and local businesses. From conception to post-implementation, Andy designs highly effective campaigns that harness both Search and Social. By providing completely integrated campaigns for global and UK-based corporations, including RS Components, New Look and Sky, Andy has gained valuable insights into how to bridge the Search and Social divide and infuses every campaign with a bespoke knowledge and works across all sectors and industries.
Senior PPC Account Manager
Prior to joining SearchCatalyst Paul working within a small business for nearly 2 years, where he was solely responsible for all aspects of the company’s advertising and marketing. Paul then joined a large marketing agency, working on the McDonalds “Happy Meal” marketing programs for a number of years.
Paul has since worked as a relationship manager at Google, where he was responsible for many of the small agencies’ clients. Paul also has also set up his own small online business, selling MP3 players.
Paul is one of SearchCatalyst’s Senior PPC Account Managers and manages three Account Managers and an Account Executive.
Senior PPC Account Manager
David has worked in the online marketing industry for three and a half years, of which two and a half have been spent in paid search. He was promoted to a Senior PPC Account Manager six months ago due to the hard work, commitment, and results he delivered for his clients.
Much of David’s work is geared toward small and medium sized businesses, with budgets ranging from £1000 to £200,000 per month. David also has a great understanding of how paid search fits into the rest of the online buying process, having worked at Channel 4 and Ad.Com in previous roles.
Account Manager - PPC
Aleksandra Sossenkova is a PPC Account Executive at SearchCatalyst. Having worked in the search engine marketing field (agency-side) for two and a half years, Aleksandra has an excellent understanding and strong background in providing successful and commercially driven campaigns for SMEs in the UK.
Aleksandra has managed PPC campaigns for clients in travel sector, parking clients, auction etc. Previous positions held, such as campaign manager, PPC productions and operations manager and business development manager, ensured that each client can benefit from Aleksandra’s all-round understanding of PPC markets and their specific needs.
